TERMS OF SERVICE
Last Updated: June 28, 2026 [2026]Welcome to the Real Tribe website (the "Site"). This Site is owned and operated by The Real Tribe ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, purchasing physical merchandise, licensing digital media, or booking our creative audio services, you (the "Client" or "Customer") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing any transaction.
1. OVERVIEW OF SERVICES & GOODS
The Real Tribe provides an online storefront offering worldwide physical apparel and merchandise, digital media licensing (including beats via integrated third-party platforms), and custom creative studio services (including but not limited to vocal hooks, full song writing, verses, audio mixing, mastering, cover art design, and music career consultations).
3. DIGITAL MEDIA & BEAT LICENSING
Beat Purchases (Airbit Integration): All instrumental beat purchases and music licenses executed via our embedded Airbit player are governed directly by the specific license agreement selected at checkout (e.g., Basic, Premium, Unlimited, or Exclusive).
Finality of Digital Sales: Because digital files (including beats and final cover art files) are delivered instantly via digital download links, all digital media sales are 100% final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
4. SERVICES (HOOKS & VERSES)
Service Scope: Booking a vocal service secures dedicated songwriting, studio tracking, and vocal engineering labor.
Project Commencement: Work begins only after full payment is received and all project assets (instrumentals, concept references, BPM, and key parameters) are submitted by the Client.
Refund Policy: Once vocal writing or recording has commenced in our studio, the service fee becomes entirely non-refundable. If a client cancels a project before work begins, a cancellation fee may apply to cover reserved studio time.
5. AUDIO ENGINEERING (MIXING & MASTERING)
Billed Per Song: Audio mixing and mastering services are billed strictly on a per-song basis. Medleys, multi-track mashups, or multi-song projects require separate individual service purchases.
No Free Revisions: All sales are final upon delivery of the mixed and mastered audio files. Our standard pricing structure does not include complimentary revisions. Any subsequent adjustment requests, stem adjustments, or mix revisions will incur our standard, standard per-song engineering fees.
File Requirements: The Client is solely responsible for delivering consolidated, clearly labeled, 24-bit WAV audio stems via a reliable transfer link (e.g., WeTransfer or Google Drive).
6. MUSIC CONSULTATIONS
Scheduling: Consultation sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom or Google Meet and must be booked in advance.
Cancellation & Rescheduling: All consultation purchases are non-refundable. Clients may request to reschedule a booked session up to twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled start time. Failure to attend or failure to reschedule within this 24-hour window results in the forfeiture of the session fee.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Real Tribe, its owners, and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our digital assets, clothing products, or creative studio files. The Client assumes full legal responsibility for securing necessary copyright clearances, sample clearances, or performance rights for any materials they submit to us for mixing, mastering, or vocal features.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you goods or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
